    Fuse Service Inc. (“Fuse Service,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Fuse Service School online learning platform at https://edu.fuse.school (the “Site”), along with related course pages and portals.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information when you:

  • visit the Site

  • create an account or enroll in a course

  • participate in our online learning activities or community

  • contact us for support

For home services customers using our main Fuse Service website (for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, etc.), please refer to the privacy policy published on that specific service website.

This Privacy Policy also serves as our “Notice at Collection” for California residents.

We collect information you choose to share with us, including:

  • Contact details: name, email address, phone number (if provided), city/state/region, company name, job title

  • Account information: username, password, profile details, course enrollments

  • Course and learning data: quiz attempts, grades, assignment submissions, forum posts, messages, survey responses

  • Registration and forms: information you submit when creating an account or filling in forms on the Site

  • Payment-related information: plan type, transaction amount, last four digits of your card, and other non-sensitive billing details. We do not store full payment card numbers; those are processed by Stripe and similar payment providers

  • Support communications: messages and attachments you send to us by email or through the Site

2.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Site, we automatically collect certain technical and usage data, such as:

  • Identifiers and device data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device type, language settings

  • Usage data: pages and course sections you visit, time spent, clicks, date and time of access, referral URLs, login history

  • Approximate location: city or region inferred from your IP address for security, fraud prevention, and basic analytics

  • Cookies and similar technologies: small data files stored on your device that help the Site function and remember your preferences

We use these logs and Moodle’s built-in reporting tools to maintain the platform, troubleshoot issues, and improve the learning experience.

2.3 No Third-Party Advertising or Analytics
On https://edu.fuse.school we do not use third-party advertising networks or remarketing pixels (such as Meta Pixel or Google Ads remarketing) and we do not use external analytics services that profile visitors across different websites.
If this changes in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and our Cookie Settings to explain any new tools that are added.

  1. How We Use Your Information
    We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To operate and maintain the Site and your account

  • To enroll you in courses and track your learning progress

  • To provide course content, quizzes, certificates, and related educational services

  • To process payments, manage subscriptions, and handle billing through Stripe or similar providers

  • To communicate with you about your account, courses, updates, and support requests

  • To improve the Site, course design, and user experience based on aggregated usage data

We do not use data from edu.fuse.school to show you targeted ads on other companies’ websites.

We do not collect government identification numbers, sensitive health data, or full payment card numbers on edu.fuse.school.

    We do not sell your personal information and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising from edu.fuse.school.

  • Right to opt out of sale/sharing: not currently applicable for edu.fuse.school, as we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising, but you may still submit requests or questions

  • Right to non-discrimination: we will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights
