About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Fuse Service School online learning platform at https://edu.fuse.school (the “Site”) and any courses, materials, or services offered through it (together, the “Services”).
By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. -
Who We Are
The Site is operated by Fuse Service Inc. (“Fuse Service,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Fuse Service provides training and educational content for professionals and teams in the home services industry. These Terms apply only to the Fuse Service School platform at https://edu.fuse.school and not to our main home services websites or franchise sites. -
Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be at least eighteen years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and use the Site.
You agree to:

provide accurate and complete registration information

keep your login details secure

be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
You must not share your login with other people or post it publicly.

Use of the Site and Courses
The Site and its content are provided for educational and training purposes. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Site and to use the courses and materials for your own professional learning or internal team training.
You agree not to:

copy, download, or distribute course materials beyond what is reasonably needed for your own learning or internal training

resell, sublicense, or publicly display our content as your own product or service

interfere with the normal operation or security of the Site
We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms.

Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds
Some courses, bundles, or subscriptions on the Site are paid. Prices, billing terms, and access duration are shown at checkout or in the course description.
All payments are processed securely by third-party payment processors such as Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on edu.fuse.school.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase:

access to a one-time course is granted for the period indicated on the course page

subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel through your account or by contacting us in advance of the renewal date
Refunds, if offered, are governed by the refund policy shown on the purchase page or in your order confirmation. If no refund policy is listed, all sales are final.

Educational Content and No Guarantee of Results
Our courses and materials are designed to help you build skills and prepare for real-world work, licensing, or certification exams. However:

we do not guarantee that you will pass any exam or receive any license or certification

we do not guarantee specific business, financial, or employment results
You are responsible for meeting all official requirements of licensing bodies, regulators, or exam providers.

User Content and Community Areas
The Site may include forums, chats, assignments, or other areas where you can upload or post content (“User Content”).
You are responsible for the content you submit. You agree that your User Content will not:

violate any law, contract, or third-party right

contain hate speech, harassment, threats, or personal attacks

include confidential or sensitive information that you do not have permission to share
By posting User Content, you grant Fuse Service a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and modify that content as needed to operate the Site, run courses, and improve our Services.
We may remove User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Intellectual Property
All course content, text, graphics, videos, logos, and other materials on the Site (“Content”) are owned by or licensed to Fuse Service and are protected by copyright and other laws.
Except for the limited rights given in Section 4, you do not acquire any ownership rights in the Content or the Site. Any unauthorized use of the Content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws. -
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:

use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose

attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or related systems

test or scan the security of the Site without permission

upload malware, scripts, or code intended to harm or disrupt systems

use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or copy large portions of the Site

Third-Party Services (Stripe and Others)
We may link to or use services provided by third parties, such as payment processing by Stripe. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites or services. -
Disclaimers
The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. -
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fuse Service and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for:

any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Site or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the course or subscription at issue during the twelve months before the claim arose.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fuse Service and its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

your violation of these Terms

Changes to the Site and to These Terms
We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Site or specific courses at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time.
When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice on the Site or by email. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms. -
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. -
