Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

1. Our data practices on edu.fuse.school

The Fuse Service School platform at https://edu.fuse.school is designed for online training and exam preparation.
On this platform:

  • We do not sell your personal information.

  • We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

  • We use payment processing (Stripe) and essential service providers only to run the site and deliver courses.

If this ever changes in the future, we will update this page and our Privacy Policy and give you a clear way to opt out.

2. Your rights

Even though we do not currently sell or share personal information from edu.fuse.school, you may still:

  • Ask whether we sell or share your personal information.

  • Ask us to stop selling or sharing your personal information if that ever occurs.

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you.

  • Request correction or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal requirements.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

3. How to submit a request

You can submit a privacy request in either of these ways:

  • Online form: Use the request form on this page (if available) and select the type of request (access, delete, correct, or “Do Not Sell or Share”).

  • Email: Send an email to  info@fuse.school with the subject line “Privacy Request – Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.”

In your request, please include:

  • your full name

  • the email address you use on edu.fuse.school

  • the type of request you are making

  • whether you are a current or former learner, instructor, or administrator

4. Verification of your identity

To protect your privacy, we may need to verify your identity before we act on your request.
We may ask you to:

  • reply from the email address associated with your edu.fuse.school account, and/or

  • confirm certain information about your account, such as recent courses or transactions

If we cannot verify your identity, we will explain what additional information we need or why we are unable to fulfill the request.

5. Timing of our response

We will:

  • confirm receipt of your request within ten (10) days, and

  • respond to your request within forty-five (45) days, or explain if we need more time as allowed by law.

If we need more time, we may extend the response period once and will let you know the new expected date.

6. Requests through an authorized agent

If you choose to use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, we may require:

  • a signed permission letter from you, or

  • other documentation showing that the agent is legally authorized to act for you

We may also ask you to verify your identity directly with us.
